Personal Training
The training is completely personal and private. An instructor will be working only with you. You will be able to concentrate fully on the training. There is no wait, no music, no noise, a pleasant cool temperature, no phones ringing and no onlookers.

Frequency of training
We suggest that you start with 10 scheduled training weeks, without interruptions, which will considerably improve your physical fitness and well-being. After that, your results will continue to improve through your weekly training, and you will be able to maintain the results you have achieved even if you skip a week now and then.
