Appointments
Personal training appointments can be made for any
available slots during our opening hours:
Monday 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Tuesday 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Wednesday 8 a.m - 8 p.m.
Thursday 8.a.m. - 8 p.m.
Friday 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Saturday 10 a.m - 4 p.m.
Advance appointments may be booked as far ahead as your membership is valid for. A set 24 hour cancellation rule applies. All appointments may be changed free of charge provided that at least 24 hours notice is given. If less than 24 hours notice is given, the full charge will apply. Your first session will be scheduled to last a full hour, to allow time for explaining all the details and give you a good start. For all subsequent appointments, 30 minutes will be allocated per session.
You must get changed beforehand and be ready to start training at the agreed time.
General Information
Changing room and lockers are available at the training center. You should wear loose-fitting training clothes, e.g. T-shirt, shorts or trousers and comfortable shoes. It is important that you avoid wrapping up warmer than necessary. That means you don’t need to wear a tracksuit, a jacket or any other outdoor clothing. Avoid long sleeves, sweatshirts and similar items. Headwear should not be used. As the training is short and intense and takes place at a regulated ambient temperature, there is no need to shower after your session.
Visitors are not allowed to watch you during training. One adult per visit is welcome to wait for you in the reception area, but they cannot accompany you during training. To ensure full concentration in quiet surroundings, children are not allowed to wait at the premises.
