    • We advise our clients to work out twice a week for the first 3-4 weeks in order to learn the technique and get to the right weights to reach muscular exhaustion within 1½-2½ minutes. After that, in most cases, once a week is enough, but we don´t discourage working out twice a week if the client would like that. However, we advise them to go back to once a week if they don´t progress as expected and if the feel they don´t fully recover between sessions.
